· Our story ·
We are a corporate consulting firm for companies aiming to expand in Asia Pacific (China / Japan / SEA) and Europe.
Triunity (上海虹帆三创商务咨询有限公司) was founded in July 2024 in Shanghai by three founders who previously worked at a boutique consulting firm specializing in new market entry for foreign corporations in the new energy technology and sustainability sectors, such as carbon credit trading.
Drawing on their marketing consulting experience with global MNCs, three founders spun off to establish Triunity. Their goal is to provide inspirational marketing sales consulting to help clients improve sales motivation, consume experience management, channel management, customer retention management etc and achieve business growth in a new and unfamiliar market.

Meet our Founding Members
Akira Tsuruta (鹤田彬)
CEO
Akira is the CEO of Triunity in Shanghai. He leads the team in all matters to provide value to our clients.
Akira has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2017, and brings a wealth of operational, China and global management experience, especially in the new energy sector. Prior to his time in China, Akira resided in Japan, where he developed a diverse range of knowledge across industries including fashion, Food&Beverage, FMCG and E-commerce.
Akira obtained a MBA from CEIBS and a Bachelor of Law from Kobe University.

Yuying Qian (钱俞颖)
Cofounder
Yuying now is in charge of marketing at Triunity Shanghai. In this role, Yuying reports directly to CEO to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies, activities, and marketing materials. Furthermore, Yuying is also responsible for strategic and marketing research projects.
Yuying has the proven track record in corporate macro strategy and global market presence. She has worked in various NGOs including the European Parliament. Prior to joining Triunity, Yuying garnered 5 years valuable in China’s new energy and Singapore’s green building sector.
Yuying obtained a Bachelor of International Relations from Australia National University.

Tracy Zhang (张梦瑶)
Cofounder
Tracy now is in charge of tech development and business development at Triunity Shanghai. In this role, Tracy reports directly to CEO to manage the development and implementation of new technologies such as AI and new business model opportunities. Furthermore, Tracy is also responsible for strategic and marketing research projects.
Tracy has numerous interests with new-tech businesses, leveraging financial expertise. Prior to joining Triunity, Tracy has gained 5 years of experience in China’s new energy and Australia’s investment
Tracy obtained a Master of Finance in WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany & Washington University in St.Louis and a Bachelor of Auditing in Nanjing Audit University.
